Hey Texas…
October 1, 2011
Let me see… how did Sarah phrase it? Oh yeah.
“Hey Texas. How’s that Climate Change Denial stuff workin’ out for ya?”

Maybe God wasn't listening when Gov. Rick Perry called for the public to pray for rain in Texas. Or, if you prefer, the most evangelical state in the union is being punished, while dens of iniquity like Massachusetts enjoy cool, refreshing rain from Heaven.
With apologies to the dozens of level-headed Texans out there.

The signs of global warming are everywhere. Those who may still deny it need to stop drinking the kool aid and start reading actual scientists on this issue. I can only hope the President will do something about this during his second term.
Obama?
Second Term?
I really don’t see those two ideas coming together.
How about:
Obama.
Worst election loss in American History.
Tee Time.
Michael Jordan.
A loss against whom?
Apparently Perry held an all day prayer gathering to ask for rain.
Bill Mahar then noted:
“Texas was having a 100-year drought, so Rick Perry asked people to pray. Now Texas is on fire – that tells us a lot about the power of prayer.”
